Sonny joined M&A as a full time employee in January 1998. He has a BA from National louis University, diploma from Computer Learning Center, and various other Oracle Certifications. He has more than 16 years of experience in the computer industry and specializes in RDBMS Database Design & Administration and Software Development of Financial, Logistical, and Process Systems. He is M&A's Senior DBA and manages over 200 Databases.

Rick joined M&A in February 1999. He has a BS in Mathematics from Wake Forest University. He has more than 17 years experience in the computer industry and specializes in RDBMS Design & Administration, systems analysis, and software development. He leads M&A's public safety group and is considered a legacy data conversion specialist.
